Business Members

Only registered Business Members can request use of the MyTenant.ie Free Tenancy Reference Data Matching services. Business Membership with MyTenant.ie is Free, and our Tenancy Reference Data Matching Service is Free to registered Business Members – with maximum of 100 free searches allowed per month.

Business Members can request the use of Tenancy Reference Data Matching services from MyTenant.ie based on the Tenancy Reference Data we hold. Following a request from a Business Member we will seek to match the data the Business Member has supplied against any Tenancy Reference Data held by MyTenant.ie. Where a data match occurs, we provide this data to the member on a ‘per record ‘ basis – with maximum of 100 free searches per month.

Tenancy Reference Data will included in any Tenancy Reference Data Report will:

  • Factual information about the tenancy period
  • Personal opinion of the Landlord/Agent about the tenancy period
